Data Deletion

You can delete your data from LinkPrism at any time. This page also explains how to remove data we obtained through Instagram and Facebook.

Delete your account & data

In your dashboard, go to Settings → Delete account, or email support@linkprism.bio with the subject "Delete my data". We will remove your account and associated personal data, typically within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records by law.

Disconnect a social account

To revoke LinkPrism's access to a connected Instagram, Facebook, Google or other account, open Social planner (or Settings) and click Disconnect. This deletes the stored access token immediately.

Remove LinkPrism from Instagram/Facebook

You can also remove our app directly from Meta:

• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → LinkPrism → Remove.
• Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → LinkPrism → Remove.

When you remove the app, Meta notifies us and we automatically disconnect your account and delete the related tokens and data we hold.

Request confirmation

For a written confirmation of deletion, email support@linkprism.bio and we will provide a confirmation code and status.
