Privacy Policy

LinkPrism ("we", "us", "LinkPrism") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account data you provide: name, email, password, profile details and the content you add to your page.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser information, and approximate location (country) derived from your IP.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Connected social accounts: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube or Google, we store the access tokens needed to perform the actions you authorise. We never see your social passwords.

Instagram & Facebook data

If you use our automation features, we access and process — strictly to provide the service you enabled — your Instagram/Facebook comments and messages, the public profile of people who interact with you (such as username), and your Page/Account metadata. We use this only to deliver auto-replies, populate your inbox, and create leads. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Google & YouTube API Services

When you connect a Google or YouTube account, LinkPrism accesses limited Google user data through Google APIs, including the YouTube Data API v3, only to provide the features you enable:

  • Publish to YouTube (permission "Manage your YouTube videos"): we upload videos you create in LinkPrism to your own YouTube channel, on your instruction.
  • Channel details (permission "View your YouTube account"): we read your own channel's name and thumbnail so we can show which channel is connected and confirm the correct account before publishing.
  • Calendar sync (only if you enable it): we read your availability and create or update events for appointments booked through LinkPrism.

We store only the OAuth tokens needed to perform these authorised actions, and you can disconnect at any time. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except to provide the service or where required by law.

LinkPrism's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can review or revoke LinkPrism's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/connections — disconnecting inside LinkPrism also deletes the stored tokens.

How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain and improve LinkPrism.
  • To process payments and deliver products, tickets and bookings.
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, confirmations, security notices).
  • To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with: service providers who help us run LinkPrism (hosting, email, payments, analytics) under contract; the social platforms you connect, to perform your authorised actions; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Data protection & security

We protect your data, including sensitive data from connected accounts (such as Google/YouTube, Meta and TikTok), with layered safeguards:

  • Encryption in transit: all traffic to and from LinkPrism is served over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Encryption at rest: the OAuth access and refresh tokens for your connected accounts are encrypted before they are stored, and our databases are encrypted at rest.
  • Least-privilege access control: access to production systems and data is limited to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis and protected by authentication. The application acts on your connected-account data only for the specific actions you authorise.
  • Data minimisation: we request the narrowest permissions required and store only what is needed to deliver the features you enable.
  • Retention & deletion: connected-account tokens are deleted when you disconnect an account, and you can delete your content or your account at any time.
  • No sale or unauthorised sharing: we never sell your data and share it only to provide the service or where required by law.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete content or your account at any time. Connected-account tokens are removed when you disconnect.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
