Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases made through LinkPrism (subscriptions, digital products, tickets and bookings).

Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Unless required by law, partial periods are non-refundable.

Digital products & tickets

Because digital goods are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. Event tickets follow the organiser's refund terms shown at checkout; organisers can issue full or partial refunds.

Bookings

Booking cancellations and refunds follow the terms set by the provider you booked with.

How to request a refund

Contact the seller/organiser first. For platform billing issues, email support@linkprism.bio within 14 days of the charge with your receipt.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
